When deployed at a customer operation, Nexus processes sensor and telemetry data on behalf of that customer. The customer is the controller of that data; Nexus acts as a processor under the customer's instructions.

Wherever possible, sensitive footage is processed at the edge, on-site, and only the resulting signals are transmitted.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, under appropriate contractual safeguards, or where required by law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and audit logging.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing.
